The room decor was colorful and modern, i LOVED it. The bathroom was spacious, a real plus for getting ready. I also appreciated the effort the staff put into making the experience wonderful, especially with dinner recommendations.
The wifi was poor! though everything else was great.

the staff came personally to help with my luggage and i really loved that! the apartments are beautifully decorated. it has a great bathroom with a great shower. the hotel provided robes and lovely products in the bathroom.
i am unsure why some guests receive benefits for writing a top review it feels kinda biased.

the staff delivered a service that deserves a solid 10/10! pauline speaks at least four languages fluently. she is always prompt, professional, and very warm. i felt totally at home .

the room was very clean and functional. the bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's rest. straighteners and a dyson hairdryer were available for use in the room, a very welcome surprise.

the LOCATION was great. It placed me close to many shops and restaurants on jean médecin. the staff was helpful with all my needs. I also found the beds were SO comfy after a long day.
the hotel LACKED soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear a lot of noise from other guests. the breakfast options available were not to my taste. Also the elevator was SLOW sometimes.

bathroom doorweak air conditioning
The bathroom door did not close properly I was not able to get it fully shut. The air conditioning was also weak it struggled to cool the room effectively. These issues were annoying .
